Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field is required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of cross-industry consulting experience at a national level.
• 10 full life cycle Oracle implementations.
• Industry-certified professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, metrics, and reports.
• Experience with application integration and backend data connectivity.
• Able to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle Oracle implementations (planning, design, & build).
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure Oracle applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Participate in full life cycle implementations.
• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Communicate effectively to senior audiences and deliver messages persuasively.
• Drive development of business cases to support IT transformations.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Coach and develop team members.
• Demonstrate executive presence.
• Contribute to service offerings and thought leadership.
