Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS or related field.
• 10+ years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice.
• Minimum of 10 full life cycle implementations of Oracle.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, metrics and reports.
• Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle Applications.
• Exposure or training on Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.
• Strong leadership skills; capable of meetings and technical docs.
• Able to map current state to future state processes by business objectives.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes for deployment readiness.
• Provide post-production support.
• Participate in full life cycle implementations.
• Identify business requirements, design, process mapping, prototyping, testing, and training.
• Communicate clearly to senior audiences and deliver difficult messages.
