Job summary

Trebecon LLC is seeking an Oracle Technical Program Manager to lead complex ERP initiatives from Foster City, CA or remote. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive architecture sign-off, manage RAID elements, and govern delivery across onshore/offshore groups.

The role requires strong communication with business and IT stakeholders, end-to-end delivery planning, budgeting oversight, and ensuring security and quality standards throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experienced with Oracle WMS/SCM modules in Oracle R12.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning including scope, milestones, and delivery roadmap.
• Primary point of contact for client business and IT stakeholders; run steering committee and status meetings.
• Establish and operate program governance: status reporting, RAID management, escalation paths.
• Coordinate across onshore and offshore teams for alignment and overlap coverage.
• Own solution architecture sign-off with leads to ensure end-to-end integration design meets business requirements.
• Manage interdependencies and change requests with impact assessments on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT) and drive go-live readiness and cutover planning.
• Track budget, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to client security, compliance, and quality standards.
