Job summary

Altitude Technology Solutions Inc. seeks an Oracle Technical Program Manager in Foster City, CA. The role leads complex Oracle WMS/SCM programs, coordinating onshore and offshore teams, governance and sign-off on end-to-end integration design.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and hands‑on experience with Oracle R12, RAID, and cross‑functional delivery. Local candidates are preferred, with remote work possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in WMS and SCM Modules in Oracle R12.
• Proven ability to lead program planning with scope, milestones and delivery roadmap.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, including scope definition, work breakdown, milestones, and the integrated delivery roadmap.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client business and IT stakeholders; run steering committee and status meetings.
• Establish and operate program governance: status reporting, RAID management, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate across onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment, handoffs, and time-zone overlap coverage.
• Own the solution architecture sign-off in collaboration with leads for end-to-end integration design.

Job Title: Oracle Technical Program Manager

Location: Foster City, CA (Locals are highly preferred and remote is ok)

Skills: Oracle WMS, Oracle SCM, Oracle R12, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), Strong communication skills

• Experienced in WMS and SCM Modules in Oracle R12.
• Lead program planning, including scope definition, work breakdown, milestones, and the integrated delivery roadmap
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client business and IT stakeholders; run steering committee and status meetings
• Establish and operate program governance: status reporting, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and escalation paths
• Coordinate across onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment, handoffs, and time-zone overlap coverage
• Own the solution architecture sign‑off in collaboration with the leads, ensuring end-to-end integration design meets business requirements
• Manage interdependencies , change requests, including impact assessment on scope, cost, and schedule
• Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT) and drive go‑live readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare
• Track budget, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs
• Ensure adherence to client security, compliance, and quality standards
