Job summary

M&S Consulting in Pasadena, CA, is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS ODM/MRP consultant to join our onsite team. You will review requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, map business workflows, and optimize configurations for enterprise processes.

Responsibilities include developing SQL/PLSQL code, building interfaces, and supporting testing and training activities. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident and ready to work onsite in Pasadena.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated two+ Oracle eBS ODM/MRP implementations.
• Strong ODM/MRP knowledge: Inventory, BOM, MRP, WIP, Purchasing, Costing.
• Ability to map As-Is processes to Oracle EBS functionality.
• Expert level in ODM/MRP setup, profile options, and system parameters.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead ESA to collect requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and present options.
• Map current and future state business workflows.
• Recommend Oracle configuration updates to optimize processes.
• Develop Oracle SQL/PLSQL code including procedures, functions, packages, triggers.
• Build interfaces, APIs, and data loaders; support testing and training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Lead ESA to review existing business requirements and gather new requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and present options
• Map current-state and future-state business workflows
• Recommend Oracle configuration updates to optimize business processes
• Support ESA in implementing new features and/or system changes aligned with approved functional designs
• Troubleshoot application issues through resolution
• Log and manage Oracle Service Requests
• Create and update functional design documents, technical design documents, and process flows associated with configurations or approved customizations
• Develop scalable Oracle SQL/PLSQL code including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
• Update existing code to meet evolving requirements
• Tune and optimize queries for performance
• Build or retrofit interfaces, APIs, and data loaders
• Support custom extensions including Form Personalization and custom.pll
• Diagnose system bottlenecks, debug functional and technical issues, and apply fixes
• Support testing and user training activities
• Perform additional duties as directed by project team
• Provide bi-weekly status reports

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience delivering two or more Common Inventory implementations as part of broader ODM/MRP deployments in Oracle eBS R12.13.x.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in ODM, including Inventory and Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP
• Ability to map, fit, and enhance complex "As-Is"business processes into Oracle EBS standard functionality
• Expert-level knowledge of ODM/MRP including Inventory setup steps, profile options, and system parameters to optimize performance
• Comprehensive understanding of the ODM lifecycle: BOM, Inventory, WIP, MRP, Purchasing, and Costing
• Strong understanding of upstream and downstream integration points
• Strong technical skills: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Form personalization, custom.pll, and BI Publisher reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with REST APIs
• Proficient with MS Office

Desired Skills:

• Experience with JIRA and GitHub
• Knowledge of Purchasing ASL functionality
• Experience with Mobile supply chain
