Job summary

Columbus Technologies seeks an Oracle EBS Manufacturing Analyst to work onsite at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA. This 1-year contract role involves documenting requirements, fit-gap analyses, and configuring Oracle EBS to support ODM/MRP processes.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, design validation, testing support, and status reporting. Strong Oracle R12.2.x experience and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of functional Oracle R12.2.x eBS experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering two or more full cycle Common Inventory implementations as part of ODM/MRP in Oracle EBS R12.13.x.
• Deep knowledge of inventory data structures and controls, including item master integrity, sub-inventories, locators, UOM conversions, lot/serial control, on-hand balance accuracy.
• Experience with project-based and multi-org inventory models, including common vs project-specific inventory and impacts on costing, planning, and financial reporting.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end ODM lifecycle (Inventory, BOM, WIP, MRP, MPS, Purchasing, Costing).
• Strong integration knowledge across Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, and Project Accounting.
• Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Ability to present functional options and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Provide bi-weekly functional status reporting.
