Columbus Technologies seeks an Oracle EBS Manufacturing Lead (Onsite) for a 1-year contract at NASA JPL, Pasadena, CA. You will lead requirements gathering, design, and configuration within Oracle EBS R12.13.x, focusing on ODM/MRP, Inventory, and Master Scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering two or more ODM/MRP implementations as part of Oracle eBS R12.13.x deployments.
• Deep functional and technical ODM/MRP expertise including Inventory and Master Scheduling/MRP.
• Ability to map and enhance complex As-Is processes into Oracle EBS standard functionality.
• Expert ODM/MRP knowledge including Inventory setup, profile options, and system parameters.
• Comprehensive ODM lifecycle knowledge: BOM, Inventory, WIP, MRP, Purchasing, Costing.
• Strong understanding of integration points upstream and downstream.
• Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Form Personalization, custom.pll, BI Publisher skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead ESA to review and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and present options.
• Map current-state and future-state business workflows.
• Recommend Oracle configuration updates to optimize processes.
• Support ESA in implementing features and changes per designs.
• Troubleshoot application issues and log Oracle Service Requests.
• Create/update functional/technical design documents and workflows.
• Develop scalable SQL/PLSQL code and update existing code.
• Tune/optimize queries and build data interfaces.
• Support testing and user training activities.
• Provide bi-weekly status reports.

Salary Range: $75.00 To $122.00 Hourly

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with the Lead ESA to review existing business requirements and gather new requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and present options.
• Map current-state and future-state business workflows.
• Recommend Oracle configuration updates to optimize business processes.
• Support ESA in implementing new features and/or system changes aligned with approved functional designs.
• Troubleshoot application issues through resolution.
• Log and manage Oracle Service Requests.
• Create and update functional design documents, technical design documents, and process flows associated with configurations or approved customizations.
• Develop scalable Oracle SQL/PLSQL code including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Update existing code to meet evolving requirements.
• Tune and optimize queries for performance.
• Build or retrofit interfaces, APIs, and data loaders.
• Support custom extensions including Form Personalization and custom.pll.
• Diagnose system bottlenecks, debug functional and technical issues, and apply fixes.
• Support testing and user training activities.
• Perform additional duties as directed by project team.
• Provide bi-weekly status reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Demonstrated experience delivering two or more Common Inventory implementations as part of broader ODM/MRP deployments in Oracle eBS R12.13.x.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in ODM, including Inventory and Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP.
• Ability to map, fit, and enhance complex "As-Is" business processes into Oracle EBS standard functionality.
• Expert-level knowledge of ODM/MRP including Inventory setup steps, profile options, and system parameters to optimize performance.
• Comprehensive understanding of the ODM lifecycle: BOM, Inventory, WIP, MRP, Purchasing, and Costing.
