You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to map requirements, design test strategies, and guide offshore QA teams to ensure robust validations of Oracle Finance and Oracle SCM integrations. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and rigorous validation across deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle Finance and/or Oracle SCM expertise and business process knowledge.
• Experience with client-specific Oracle environments and third-party integrations.
• Ability to partner with product, engineering and business stakeholders to define solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in Oracle Finance and/or Oracle SCM business processes, implementations, and integrations.
• Ability to quickly understand and evaluate client-specific Oracle environments and third-party system integrations.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and solution implementations.
• Proven ability to design and develop end-to-end test strategies, test plans, and business process validation scenarios.
• Experience building and maintaining comprehensive regression test suites to support ongoing releases and product quality.
• Ability to provide functional leadership and guidance to offshore QA teams responsible for test execution.
• Strong analytical skills to identify integration risks, edge cases, and business-critical scenarios to ensure complete and accurate validation.
