Job summary

Advantra Consulting Group seeks a highly experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with 15+ years of Oracle experience, including 7+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. The role focuses on leading OM, Inventory, and P2P implementations and collaborating with business stakeholders on complex configurations.

Onsite work is required for 1-2 weeks each month in the Bay Area/East Coast, with travel reimbursement. Strong leadership and end-to-end process design are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall Oracle ERP/SCM experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud OM, Inventory, and P2P.
• Experience with full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of O2C, P2P, fulfillment, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders and leading functional workshops.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and cross-module processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation activities across OM, Inventory, and P2P.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Configure Oracle Cloud OM, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and cancellations.
• Configure and support Oracle Cloud Inventory processes including inventory organizations, transfers, reservations, receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Support Procurement/P2P processes including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, and supplier processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations based on Oracle Cloud best practices.
• Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders and process owners.
• Develop functional design documents, configuration documents, process flows, and test scripts.
• Work closely with technical teams on OIC integrations, extensions, reports, and data migration.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Support cutover, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
• Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with 15+ years of overall Oracle experience, including at least 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across Order Management (OM), Inventory, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), with experience leading complex Oracle Cloud implementations and working directly with business stakeholders.

Onsite Requirement

Must be available to work onsite in the Bay Area/ Eastcoast for approximately 1-2 weeks every month.
