Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Architect to lead end-to-end supply chain transformations on Oracle EBS with a strong emphasis on WMS. You will design organizational structures, define WMS rules, and manage BRD/FDD artifacts throughout the full lifecycle.

The role requires deep Oracle EBS domain knowledge, superb communication with stakeholders, and the ability to drive multi-workstream initiatives in a hybrid, on-site/off-site environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience with WMS focus.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle WMS processes and EBS core SCM modules.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional architecture across Oracle SCM EBS modules (Inventory, Order Management, Shipping) with focus on WMS.
• Design SCM structures (Legal Entities, Operating Units, Inventory Orgs) and supply chain relationships.
• Define Warehouse Management rules, configurations, and Oracle Mobile menus.
• Author and manage BRDs, FDDs, and Process Design Documents; drive all delivery phases.
