Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an Oracle EBS Supply Chain Practitioner / Solution Architect located in Columbus, US. The role leads strategy, architecture, implementation, transformation and support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain across global enterprises.

You will steer end-to-end Oracle modules, drive roadmap and governance, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver optimized procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Integration experience with Oracle Fusion, ERP, WMS, MES and third-party systems.
• Strong architecture, stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
• Experience in cloud transformation and enterprise application modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS Supply Chain implementations, upgrades, rollouts and transformation programs.
• Provide solution architecture across Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Sourcing, iProcurement, ASCP and Manufacturing modules.
• Engage with business stakeholders to define roadmap, process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive fit-gap workshops, solution design, governance and program delivery.
• Lead global teams of functional consultants and coordinate with technical, integration and data migration teams.
• Support presales, estimation, proposals and executive presentations.
• Ensure compliance, risk management and best practices.
