Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Architect to drive end-to-end supply chain transformation using Oracle EBS. You will lead design across Inventory, Order Management, and Shipping with emphasis on Warehouse Management (WMS).

Responsibilities include process design, data migration, and BRD/FDD governance, while mentoring teams and coordinating with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience implementing and supporting WMS functionalities such as inventory, order management, and shipping.
• Experience with Oracle SCM EBS configurations, data migration and conversion strategies.
• Ability to document current and future states and bridge gaps between them.
• Strong English communication and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional architecture for Oracle SCM EBS modules.
• Define warehouse management rules, configurations, and OU structures.
• Oversee BRDs, FDDs, and process design documents across delivery phases.
• Mentor L2 production support and manage cross-functional workshops.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to fulfill requirements.
