Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 in Chicago to lead ERP optimization, integration, and data migration within the Oracle ORMB domain.

You will design complex customizations, develop workflows, and implement performance and security improvements while coordinating with global teams and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree required; relocation may be needed; strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 ORMB projects experience.
• Billing functional knowledge across all modules of ORMB.
• Understanding of healthcare domain and ASO and fully insured billing.
• Understanding of one or more financial services sub-domains like corporate banking, retail banking, capital markets, cards/payments, insurance.
• Hands‑on experience in configuring ORMB including pricing setup, rules setup and accounting setup.
• Ability to understand, elaborate and document requirements as well as create functional design.
• Experience in working with technical team to understand technical approach and design.
• Experience in defining test scenarios and doing functional testing.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

• Able to provide solution design in integrating with ORMB and BI reporting tool.
• Experience or desire to work in global delivery model.
• Ability to communicate complex technology to stakeholders or management teams.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
