Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in the US to drive Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and integrations. You will gather requirements, help define architecture, develop features, and ensure data consistency across ERP interfaces.

The role requires hands-on coding, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and deep knowledge of Oracle SFA and related modules. You will participate in PoC ideation, design, and client demonstrations, with opportunities for onsite delivery and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud (Sales Cloud) technology.
• Experience in Oracle Sales Planning.
• Experience architecture/design/detailing of processes and problem definition.
• Functional knowledge of Sales Force Automation (SFA) processes.
• Experience configuring Oracle Sales Cloud entities such as Accounts, Leads, and Opportunities; identifying and planning customizations to meet customer requirements; defining and setting up user roles; creating lookups; configuring currencies; and importing data.
• Understanding of sales processes, related technologies, and their integration with other ERP systems.
• Experience in PoC ideation, creation, and demonstration to clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud (Sales Cloud) technology.
• Experience in Oracle Sales Planning.
• Experience in architecture/design/detailing of processes and problem definition.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience with Oracle eBS Functional Process Manufacturing.
• Experience with Oracle Application Development.
• Ability to perform the role of an onsite consultant and work with an offshore team on deliverables.
• Experience with at least 4 greenfield implementations.
• Experience working on projects with Agile methodology and experience handling a sprint team in a lead capacity.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
