Job summary

Infosys Limited, specifically its Oracle unit, is a global leader in Oracle services delivering transformations and cloud-based ERP solutions. The role focuses on analyzing processes, designing architecture, and driving complex integrations and data migrations across Oracle Cloud Financials and related modules.

You will lead customization, ensure data integrity, and implement performance improvements while maintaining compliance with security standards and enterprise policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation with Oracle Cloud.
• 2–3 full life cycle implementations in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, IC).
• COA design, multi-ledger architecture, consolidations, intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on the ERP platform and develop critical software with the dev team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP with external apps and lead data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while guiding audits and security compliance.
• Document complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops for user groups.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

• Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques
• Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations
• Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements
• A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends.
• Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies
• Sector specific expertise for high quality project delivery

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud.
• Experience in at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, IC).
• Experience in COA design, multi-ledger architecture, financial consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
• Experience in Oracle project methodology (OUM) , and Agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience in Oracle Asset Management Cloud.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience with Legacy ERP to-Fusion migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.
• Experience in industries such as Food and Beverage.
• Experience in finance transformation programs (FP&A tools, automation, AI/ML-enabled forecasting).

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
