Job summary

Infosys is seeking a skilled Package Consultant 3 for Oracle CX/ERP integration leadership in the United States. You will architect and deliver complex Oracle CPQ Cloud and CX solutions, drive data migrations, and oversee production support and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with global teams, define integration strategies, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. Relocation/travel may be required; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud technology.
• Experience in Oracle CX with ERP Cloud integrations.
• Experience in Solution Architecture, AMS, and production support.
• Understanding end-to-end Lead-to-Quote and Quote-to-Order processes.
• Experience integrating Oracle CX with ERP Cloud and third-party systems via APIs/Web Services/OIC.
• Experience managing incidents, requests, root-cause analysis and releases.
• Experience in governance, architecture reviews, and stakeholder management.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud technology.
• Expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and Oracle CPQ Cloud including subscription lifecycle, pricing, product configuration, commerce, approvals, and integrations.
• Experience in Solution Architecture, implementations, Application Management Services (AMS), production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end Lead‑to‑Quote, Quote‑to‑Order, Subscription‑to‑Renewal, and Service business processes.
• Experience integrating Oracle CX applications with Oracle ERP Cloud and third‑party systems using APIs, Web Services, OIC, and integration frameworks.
• Experience managing production incidents, service requests, root cause analysis, defect prevention, and release management.
• Experience in solution governance, architecture reviews, AI‑driven innovations, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Fusion Service Cloud.
• Ability to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
• Ability to perform the role of a Solution & AMS Architect and work with offshore teams on support and project deliverables.
• Experience with implementations and leading AMS engagements for enterprise‑scale Oracle CX implementations.
• Experience managing global support teams, governance forums, SLA/KPI management, and continuous service improvement programs.
• Experience with enhancement projects, application modernization initiatives, and multi‑country/multi‑business line rollouts.
• Experience identifying opportunities for AI adoption, hyper‑automation, support optimization, and operational excellence.
• Good analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
