Job summary

Infosys in Everett, WA seeks a Technology Consultant 3 to drive Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, lead client-facing delivery, and design scalable architectures. You will guide cross‑functional teams through requirement gathering, design, coding standards, and testing to ensure successful deployment and minimal disruption.

This role emphasizes collaboration with architects and stakeholders across programs.

Qualifications

• Two full life cycles of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and rollout experience.
• Experience managing large, complex Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments with integration to other platforms.
• Strong client-facing communication, leadership, and delivery management background.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; relocation/travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non‑functional requirements from workshops and interviews with client stakeholders.
• Craft high- and low‑level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality.
• Develop critical software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards.
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with requirements.
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure and new software applications to ensure efficient deployment.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing disruptions.
• Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
• Provide specialized insights and collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Establish knowledge bases to record vital information.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non‑functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Craft high- and low‑level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality
• Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non‑functional requirements
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions
• Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
• Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies
• Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience with two full life cycles of Oracle Fusion Cloud (Any SaaS product) implementation and rollout experience for a large program and driving it successfully.
• Experience in managing large and complex implementations involving Oracle Fusion Cloud and other platforms delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscape
• Experience in developing and maintaining overall project schedule, implement processes and structures that aid in project delivery, review overall project deliverables, manage risks and develop risk management plan
• Experience in Client‑facing communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams etc.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR)

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience in summarizing the status and identifying the improvement areas
• Experience with agile way of working.
• Experience in Jira, Smartsheet and other project management tools.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the location Everett, WA will be between $108588 to $146263
