Peterson Technology Partners seeks an experienced Oracle Retail Solution Architect / Functional & Technical Lead in Irving, TX, to own end-to-end architecture for MFCS, IMCS, and RESA. You will translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Retail solutions, guiding design, integration, implementation, and production support.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS, IMCS, and RESA.
• Solid understanding of retail processes including merchandising, store operations, invoicing, and financial integration.
• Experience with Oracle Retail integrations, APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, SQL/PLSQL, APEX and middleware platforms.
• Proven track record leading functional and technical teams on Oracle Retail implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical solution design across MFCS, IMCS, and RESA.
• Design end-to-end retail processes spanning merchandising, procurement, store ops, sales, inventory, and finance integration.
• Drive requirements, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and architecture decisions.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle Retail and ERP/financial systems.
• Define APIs, data flows, and technical specifications; minimize customization.
• Mentor teams and ensure adherence to architecture, security, performance, and integration standards.
