Job summary

BURGEON IT SERVICES LLC is seeking an Oracle Retail MFCS Consultant to support an Irving, TX engagement with remote work options and travel for key meetings and go-live.

You will implement and enhance MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM, translate business requirements into designs, and drive deployments using PL/SQL, REST APIs, Kafka, and Oracle APEX. Travel is required for critical milestones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and driving them through development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB concepts , JSON/XML and OIC ( Oracle Integration cloud)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.

Must Have:

1. Oracle Retail MFCS
