Accenture’s Oracle practice is helping clients transform finance with Oracle Cloud solutions. We design and implement end‑to‑end R2R processes, blending functional expertise with technical delivery to drive digital leadership.

Our teams guide workshops, develop robust designs, and lead projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring seamless integration within an Oracle Cloud environment. Travel may be required as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (GL, FAH).
• 5+ years in a functional advisory/consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation.
• 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops with stakeholders to capture R2R requirements.
• Translate business needs into robust Oracle designs and configurations.
• Outline strategies, risks, and options to meet client needs.
• Present design prototypes to clients for validation.
• Collaborate with project team to deliver Oracle Record to Report in a cloud environment.
• Coach a project team to design, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions.
• Plan tasks and report progress against milestones.
• Earn client trust to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Support business development and sales efforts with insights.
