Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking a transformation maven who can guide clients through digitization using Oracle Cloud Financial Management and Record to Report.

You will facilitate design workshops, lead a small project team, and deliver end-to-end R2R solutions powered by Oracle Cloud, aligning with business needs. Travel may be required; 6+ years of Oracle Cloud experience, 1 Oracle Cloud certification, and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (GL and FAH).
• 5+ years in a functional advisory/consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• 5+ years of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
• 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud FIN implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent min 6 year work experience.
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand R2R requirements and propose robust designs.
• Help clients understand leading Record to Report processes to transform with Oracle.
• Identify strategies and risks and recommend approaches to meet client needs.
• Provide design options using prototypes for client review.
• Lead and coach a small project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions.
