Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 for its Oracle unit in Austin, TX. The role focuses on delivering ERP cloud projects, including PPM and project management across client engagements.

You will lead scope, planning, and governance while coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. The position requires experience in Oracle cloud solutions, strong leadership, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional consulting and solutions architecture.
• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules, project financials, and project execution management.
• Experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience in data models and cloud fusion architecture with PPM upstream/downstream processes.
• Experience in multiple Oracle cloud implementation programs.
• Experience in configuration/development for Oracle PPM modules.
• Certified Oracle PPM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in functional consulting, and solutions architecture.
• Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules, project financials management as well as project execution management.
• Experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience in data models and overall cloud fusion architecture including PPM upstream and downstream processes.
• Experience in multiple Oracle cloud implementation programs.
• Experience in solution development / configurations for Oracle PPM modules.
• Certified Oracle PPM Cloud modules.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Knowledge and experience in P2P, R2R, O2C and A2R cycle.
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes.
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires flexibility of hours.
• Experience in RICEW design.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
