Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 to drive ERP/cloud projects for US clients from Austin, TX. You will define scope, align with business goals, and coordinate cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

You will leverage Oracle ERP Cloud modules, PM Cloud, and Financials Cloud across multiple programs, ensuring quality and value while supporting proposals and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional consulting and solutions architecture.
• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules, project financials management and project execution management.
• Experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud and Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience with multiple Oracle cloud implementation programs and in solution development / configurations for Oracle PPM modules.
• Certified Oracle PPM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals and stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies to improve outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks with QA teams; embed quality into workflows.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget, optimize resources.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and foster team development.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in functional consulting, and solutions architecture.
• Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules, project financials management as well as project execution management.
• Experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud.
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience in data models and overall cloud fusion architecture including PPM upstream and downstream processes.
• Experience in multiple Oracle cloud implementation programs.
• Experience in solution development / configurations for Oracle PPM modules.
• Certified Oracle PPM Cloud modules.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Knowledge and experience in P2P, R2R, O2C and A2R cycle.
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes.
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires flexibility of hours.
• Experience in RICEW design.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
