Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Package Project Lead 3 in Sunnyvale, CA to lead large-scale ERP implementations, focusing on Oracle Financials Cloud and Oracle Cloud projects. You will collaborate with executives to define scope, manage budgets, and drive go-to-market strategies.

You will guide cross-functional teams, refine PM processes, and implement risk management while aligning financials with business goals. Some relocation/travel may be required; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
Implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud.
2–3 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
Led at least two full cycle Oracle cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect.
Experience in Oracle cloud basics.
Experience in configure to order industry, and understanding of projects linked manufacturing.
Understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile/testing strategies (CRP/SIT/UAT).
Experience in capturing business requirements, creating specs, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions for project execution.
Engage with senior stakeholders to define scope and gain consensus.
Refine project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.
Monitor margins; align performance with financial targets.

Overview

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives
Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness
Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

Required Skill And Experience

Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
Implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud.
Experience in at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
Led at least two full cycle Oracle cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect.
Experience in Oracle cloud basics.
Experience in configure to order industry, and understanding of projects linked manufacturing.
Understanding of oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as conference room pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.

Preferred Skill And Experience

Experience with legacy ERP to EBS migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.
Exposure to Finance transformation programs
Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks.

Additional Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
