Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 1 for its Oracle unit in the United States. You will lead ERP Finance projects, coordinating across technical teams and client stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope.

Role requires deep Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS experience, including GL, AP, AR, and BPM workflows, plus proven leadership of onshore teams and strong requirement-gathering skills. Travel/relocation may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS including Payables, Fixed Assets, BPM, Invoices, and General Ledger.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR).
• Experience in enterprise package processes and Oracle ERP Financial Modules.
• Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation.
• Experience leading a team of consultants (onshore).
• Expertise in requirement gathering, CRPs and demos, pilots for ERP Finance.
• Experience in delivering training and managing multiple deliverables.
• Experience in technical integrations and financials conversions, US 1099 forms.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Oracle’s ERP Cloud and EBS suite of products such as Payables, Fixed Assets, BPM (workflow) Invoice, Payment's processing and General Ledger etc.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience in enterprise package processes, enterprise Functions
• Experience in functional understanding of all the Oracle ERP Financial Modules
• Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation
• Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from onshore
• Expertise in driving requirement-gathering sessions, conducting CRPs and demos, and running pilots to showcase ERP Finance products.
• Experience delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables at the same time
• Experience in technical integrations, conversions on financials modules, requirement gathering, US Withholding Tax 1099 forms generation and EBusiness Tax
• Experience in building OTBI and BIP reports.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience in client facing role – Conducting workshops/CRPs/User story clarification sessions
• Experience in Oracle Cloud, PaaS - Integration.
• Experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) - reporting.
• Experience in documenting functional design documents, test strategy/scenarios/cases, application user guide etc.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
