Job summary

EY is seeking a skilled Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into practical Oracle Utilities MDM solutions within C2M or CCS. You will work directly with client stakeholders and EY project teams to support design, configuration, testing, issue resolution and knowledge transfer, while coaching junior team members.

Your role focuses on delivering high-quality functionality, managing workshops, and aligning functional workstreams with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM, C2M or CCS preferred).
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities product implementation activities (requirements, configuration, testing).
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to support design, configuration, testing and delivery.
• Lead workshops; document requirements and design decisions.
• Configure base system and RICE objects; assist testing and defect resolution.
• Develop conversion and interface strategies; support data mapping and validation.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to project governance and risk management.
