Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM (C2M or CCS). You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY project teams to support design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer, coaching junior members in a high-performing, inclusive team environment.

In this role, you’ll lead functional workstreams, manage requirements, and contribute to successful rollouts while operating in EY’s hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations, with relevant experience in Oracle MDM, C2M or CCS preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Utilities product implementation activities, including requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution.
• Proven ability to work effectively with customers across departments and levels.
• Experience supporting business process change, Oracle Utilities software delivery and client communications.
• Strong business analysis, process facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Identify, document and validate business requirements for Oracle Utilities MDM.
• Coordinate functional workstreams with client direction and delivery timelines.
• Design and configure application software and conduct testing.
• Document daily workshop outputs and progress against deliverables.
• Lead or contribute to RICE object design, interfaces and conversions.
