Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business needs into practical Oracle Utilities MDM solutions (C2M/CCS). You will work directly with client stakeholders and EY project teams to support design, configuration, testing, issue resolution and knowledge transfer.

You’ll contribute to high-quality delivery while coaching junior team members and supporting an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Utilities implementations (MDM, C2M or CCS).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Oracle MDM solutions for client engagements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to design, configure, test and deliver solutions.
• Support workshops, document functional designs and manage scope, risks and issues.
• Lead or support RICE object design, data conversion, interfaces and deployment activities.
• Triage defects during testing and contribute to knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Coach junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment.
