Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Functional Architect to lead Oracle MDM engagements within the Utilities domain. You will translate client requirements into working Oracle solutions, mentor teams, and participate in sales and practice development with Power & Utilities clients.

You’ll collaborate with executives and delivery teams to design, configure and deploy complex MDM solutions, driving quality, risk management and client satisfaction across engagements in a hybrid EY model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of successful Oracle Utilities implementations (10+ preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Proven ability to collaborate with customers across departments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and change-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of Oracle MDM solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Manage functional scope to reduce business and technical risks for client and EY.
• Conduct workshops, document outputs and design functional solutions.
• Coordinate data conversion, interfaces and configurations in RICE objects.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Support sales and practice development activities with Power & Utilities clients.
