Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Oracle MDM Functional Architect to deliver client engagements focused on MDM within Oracle Utilities C2M/CCS, mentoring teams and driving high-performing delivery. You’ll engage with executives and contribute to sales and practice development for Power & Utilities clients.

You will lead functional, interface, and data conversion workstreams, design workshops, and ensure successful rollouts while fostering an inclusive culture and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• 5–10+ years of successful Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Proven ability to work effectively with customers across departments.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the orchestration of Oracle MDM solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Identify and document business needs; align with client direction.
• Plan, facilitate and manage fact-finding and analysis sessions.
• Design and configure application software.
• Analyze requirements and improve existing systems; define solution parameters.
• Lead design workshops and manage functional scope to reduce risks.
• Conduct business process analysis for successful rollouts.
• Manage interfaces, data conversion, and project planning.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support post-deployment.
