Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Meter Data Management System (MDMS) Functional Lead to join our US utility practice. You will own end-to-end functional integrity of meter data management from collection through consumption, collaborating with Metering, Customer Operations, IT and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of functional experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B or CCS in a US utility environment.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) - configuration, VEE rules, and integration with Oracle CCS billing.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience configuring VEE rules (validation, estimation, editing) within Oracle MDM.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AMI/smart metering, interval data, scalar reads, TOU rates, and related standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years of work experience; 6+ years if Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional ownership, configuration, and continuous improvement of Oracle Utilities MDM/MDMS within the Oracle CCS ecosystem.
• Oversee end-to-end meter data flows including VEE rule configuration, interval data processing, scalar reads, and initial measurement creation.
• Define and maintain functional configuration for device types, measuring components, usage subscriptions, and service point hierarchies.
• Manage integration with AMI head-end systems and ensure accurate delivery of usage data to billing and settlements.
• Lead workshops, document design and testing strategies, and resolve production issues related to meter data.
