Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM (C2M/CCS). You’ll work directly with client stakeholders, support design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer, and coach junior team members.

You’ll collaborate with EY project teams across functional workstreams, manage workshops, and ensure high-quality delivery while supporting an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong business analysis and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities MDM or related modules is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Identify and document business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Lead workshops, design decisions and manage risks within the project scope.
• Coordinate interfaces, data conversion and testing activities with client teams.
