Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• In depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• Proven track record of 5+ years in Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Proven Oracle Utilities product implementation knowledge.
• Ability to work with customers across departments and levels.
• Proven change management experience; strong Oracle knowledge; strong communication.
• IT and business consulting knowledge.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude and teamwork-focused.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead orchestration of Oracle Utilities MDM solutions to meet business needs.
• Document business requirements and identify opportunities.
• Plan and manage fact-finding and analysis sessions.
• Design and configure application software.
• Analyze requirements and define solution parameters.
• Lead design workshops and manage scope and risk.
• Coordinate planning, design, and workshop activities.
• Manage interfaces, data conversion, and QA testing support.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client project teams.
• Ensure project documentation is kept up to date.
• Collaborate with EY and customer teams to reassess estimates and risks.
