Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Software Configuration Lead for a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with three days in the office weekly. The position also considers qualified candidates in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL. You will ensure product delivery and lifecycle integrity, lead cross-team collaboration, and drive efficiency through optimal processes and technology usage.

Required: 8+ years with Oracle Integration Cloud and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Oracle Cloud Certification is a bonus.

The work:

As a Software Configuration Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle.

• Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle.

• Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations, meeting cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require three days per week in the office. May also consider qualified candidates in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL.

Basic Qualifications:

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
