Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Test Lead to steer the testing effort for release cycles, applying robust methodologies and metrics. You’ll coach testers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across Oracle Cloud Testing Automation and Oracle Cloud Integration.

The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office with hiring locations including Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa. Ideal candidates have extensive testing experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

The work:As an Oracle Test Lead, you will lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. You will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to meet the team’s overall test objectives while coaching and advising testers as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in testing methodologies and processes, with a focus on Oracle systems including Oracle Cloud Testing Automation and Oracle Cloud Integration

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation

• Ability to collaborate across teams and ensure alignment on testing objectives.

• Oracle Cloud Certification
