The work:

supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) solutions. This role partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project members to gather requirements, map business processes, support testing, and help drive successful deployment of field service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle OFSC implementations.


• Support functional design and process mapping for field service operations.


• Configure Oracle OFSC based on business needs and best practices.


• Prepare functional specifications and support integration discussions with technical teams.


• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders.


• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and go‑live activities.


• Create training materials and provide user support during deployment.


• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned to project standards.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end field service solutions.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require three days per week in the office. May consider qualified candidates in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of scheduling, dispatch, mobility, and service operations.


• Experience in large‑scale transformation or system implementation projects.


• Client‑facing consulting experience preferred.


• Oracle Cloud Certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
