Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Tester to lead the testing effort for release tests and drive quality across teams. You will apply tested methodologies, define metrics, and coach testers to achieve high-quality delivery in a hybrid work model with three days in the office.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of Oracle testing experience, including TOSCA and Oracle Cloud HCM, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

The work:As an Oracle Cloud HCM Tester, you will lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. You will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to meet the team’s overall test objectives while coaching and advising testers as required.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Oracle Tester with TOSCA, including experience with Oracle Cloud HCM

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in defining and implementing metrics to assess testing processes.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and ensure alignment on testing objectives.

• Oracle Cloud Certification
