As a Technical Solutions Analyst I, you will be responsible for troubleshooting investigations and reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. This is a client-facing role where you will interact with users daily.
You will also perform backend troubleshooting by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers. Effective verbal and written communication with clients and internal stakeholders is essential.
You will document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout investigations. Prioritizing work based on severity and urgency, you will collaborate across teams to ensure issues are addressed appropriately. The role requires willingness to work on-call and in different shifts.
Candidates within driving distance of Nashville, TN; Columbia, MD; Orlando, FL; or Kansas City, MO will be considered.
Range of US hourly pay: $21.97 - $42.88; annual equivalent: $45,700 - $89,200. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
