Are you passionate about optimizing complex information systems and leading technical teams? We’re seeking a UKG Senior Application Systems Specialist to play a key role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust production environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide and support the development, integration, and upkeep of advanced production information systems.
  • Research and apply automation techniques to enhance application performance, efficiency, and testing.
  • Design and execute effective testing methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental standards and internal controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application systems, interfaces, and middleware infrastructure.
  • Plan and coordinate programming projects within your team.
  • Provide Tier 1 production support in a 24/7 environment.
  • Mentor and advise team members on complex technical challenges.
  • Serve as a senior consultant on advanced computer technology and architecture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in application systems/administration, or 7 years without a degree.
  • Proficiency in at least two scripting languages currently used in production environments.
  • Experience working with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) applications is required.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and business skills.
  • Proven ability to lead problem-solving efforts for mission-critical systems.
