Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Oracle HCM Test Lead to guide testing efforts across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Field Service. Based in Miami with a hybrid work arrangement, you will define test plans, lead test case development, manage defect tracking, and ensure traceability from requirements to defects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong leadership, and drive quality throughout the testing lifecycle on transformative cloud projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management, and analysis.
• Familiar with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading at least two full lifecycle system delivery implementations in a testing capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in technical sciences or information systems preferred but not required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive test plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Manage the development of test cases, entry/exit criteria, and oversee testing execution.
• Lead conference room pilots (CRP) and system integration testing to ensure seamless system functionality.
• Coordinate test execution, defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution activities.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test scripts, and defects, maintaining high standards of quality.
