What You’ll Do:

• Research, evaluate, and implement AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow—not just conceptually, but hands-on.
• Join a tiger team focused on unlocking what’s possible in HR through smart automation, predictive insights, and self-service tools.
• Configure AI-driven features that actually deliver—think intelligent case management, personalized employee experiences, and streamlined HR workflows.
• Translate emerging HR tech trends into actionable insights and roadmaps that drive measurable business value.
• Ensure AI is not only innovative but also compliant, ethical, and secure—you’ll be a steward of responsible tech.
• Create training content and documentation that empowers HR teams to adopt and sustain AI-enabled features.

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of experience in HR technology, with a strong focus on systems configuration and innovation.
• Proven, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow—this is not a theory job.
• Experience driving the adoption of AI or automation features in enterprise platforms.
• The ability to navigate complexity, work cross-functionally, and communicate clearly with both tech teams and business stakeholders.
• A mindset that values structure, accountability, and creativity in equal measure.
