About this Position

Our growing NetSuite practice is seeking an experienced NetSuite Senior Functional Consultant to deliver functional Implementation efforts and provide support to existing clients. Consulting experience should include NetSuite Financials, SaaS, Professional Services, and Wholesale Distribution.

Field Service and Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead business process requirements session and architect the NetSuite solution to accommodate client current and future state operations.
  • Estimate, build, and effectively manage a team of junior consultants to successfully execute project plan deliverables.
  • Assess and develop innovative solutions to solve complex business workflows for clients in the NetSuite environment.
  • Design, develop and test enhancements in alignment with client’s business process requirements.
  • Implement new feature rollouts and new functionality to scale client’s business needs.
  • Customize forms, add custom fields, create dashboards, and set up saved searches.
  • Base knowledge of scripting.
  • Provide product support by researching and interpreting information in a way that clients can understand.
  • Document client interactions, requirements, and concerns in CRM and other internal operational systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, accounting, finance or equivalent work experience required.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Implementation Consultant.
  • Candidate should have a minimum of successfully delivering at least 5 full cycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Specific experience should include but is not limited to setup, configuration, training, and, if applicable, customization with responsibility for implementing more than just one functional area across the suite.
  • Understanding of business operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including functional competency in accounting, professional services automation, quote to cash, procure to pay, record to report, warehouse operations, manufacturing operations, and CRM functions required.
  • Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies required.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and solid Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Demonstrated skills of leading clients and team members through successful implementations.
  • Experience providing client and team member support in a telephone, on-line, and on-site environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction, as well as work autonomously.
  • Attend internal Consulting meetings, participate in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and Q&A

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a NetSuite Consultant/Solution Architect.
  • NetSuite Certifications.
  • Professional Services Background developing solutions to solve complex business challenges utilizing technology tools.
  • Basic understanding of Suite Scripting.
  • NetSuite’s WMS and Field Service experience is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite's Cloud / SaaS based business software systems (ERP / CRM).
  • Experience throughout the complete NetSuite ERP implementation life cycle.
  • Project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines, and responsibilities. Solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline.
  • Experience providing friendly phone, on-line, and on-site consulting services for our clients using NetSuite software (ERP and CRM).

This is a remote position that requires at least 25% to 50% travel to client locations within the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $105,000 to $135,000.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
