The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, learning management, compliance training, and certification processes.

Strong functional leadership, client advisory skills, and reporting expertise are essential for global implementations and integrations.

• 8–15 years experience in Oracle HCM/HR tech required.
• 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional roles.
• Minimum of 3 Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.

Job Title: Oracle HCM/OLC Functional Lead

Pay Rate: $65-$75/hr / $160K annually

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC).
• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead experience and 3+ Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on experience configuring learning catalogs, courses, offerings, learning journeys, certifications, and ILT/VILT.
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting integrations, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Experience with learning compliance, LMS migration, third-party content integrations, and global HCM implementations.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and functional leadership skills.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OLC Functional Lead to drive end-to-end solution design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Learning Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, learning management, compliance training, and certification processes. This role requires strong functional leadership, client advisory skills, reporting expertise, and the ability to manage global implementations and integrations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Learning Cloud.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Configure learning catalogs, courses, offerings, certifications, learning journeys, and ILT/VILT programs.
• Manage learning data migration and integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and third-party content providers.
• Develop and support OTBI dashboards, BI Publisher reports, HDL data loads, and HCM Extracts.
• Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and post-production hypercare.
• Provide functional guidance on APIs, integrations, LMS migration, and LXP integrations.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8–15 years of experience in Oracle HCM or HR technology, with 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead roles.
• Minimum of 3 Oracle Learning Cloud implementations with full lifecycle delivery experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud configuration, learning management, compliance training, and certifications.
• Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle HCM integrations.
• Experience with global implementations, client-facing consulting, and stakeholder management.
• Healthcare-sector implementation experience is preferred.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience with LMS migration and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) integrations.
• Strong client engagement, advisory, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in team leadership and delivery governance.
