Job summary

Resource Logistics Inc. seeks an Oracle Learning Cloud Functional Lead in New York, NY (Remote) to drive end-to-end design, implementation, and delivery of the Oracle Learning Cloud solution.

You will lead requirement workshops, configure catalogs and learning journeys, and oversee data migration, integrations, and reporting. Strong client-facing experience and healthcare domain exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in Oracle HCM / HR Technology.
• 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead roles.
• 3+ Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
• Experience in global implementations and full lifecycle delivery.
• Strong exposure to Learning & Development business processes and compliance training and certification processes.
• Proven client-facing experience.
• Implementation Experience with Healthcare Sector clients is preferred.

• Strong reporting and analytics capability.
