Location: New York, NY — hybrid, onsite about half the week

Type: Contract — up to $103/hr

Duration: Immediate start

About the Role

Our client, a global investment bank, is moving its HR operations onto Oracle HCM Cloud and needs a functional consultant to support the program. You’ll bring hands-on functional expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labor and Workforce Administration, build and maintain the queries the HR and project teams rely on, and turn business needs into requirements the technical team can build from.

Much of the work sits around the migration itself: validating converted data, writing and running test plans, and making sure what lands in Oracle HCM Cloud matches how the business actually works.

If you’ve configured Absence Management and Time & Labor in Oracle HCM Cloud yourself, not only supported users on it, this is that role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise across Absence Management, Time & Labor and Workforce Administration
• Create and maintain queries as required
• Document business requirements for technical teams
• Create and execute test plans
