Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to design and oversee integrations across Oracle HCM, legacy systems, SaaS apps, payroll platforms, and third-party providers. The role requires deep architectural expertise and strong HCM domain knowledge.

You will lead integration design, define APIs and data flows, and ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Collaboration with HR, IT, and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
• 8+ years of HCM technology experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience integrating SaaS applications and third-party platforms.
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll/HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead Solution Architect for Oracle HCM initiatives.
• Design integrations between Oracle HCM and enterprise applications/platforms.
• Architect solutions that enable HR, payroll, SaaS, and third-party systems to communicate.
• Support migration and integration of legacy HR/HCM data into Oracle HCM.
• Define APIs, interfaces, middleware, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Evaluate existing integrations and recommend modernization or consolidation opportunities.
• Partner with HR, IT, development teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Provide architectural leadership through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
