Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to design and oversee integrations across Oracle HCM, legacy systems, SaaS apps and payroll platforms. The role requires deep architecture and integration expertise to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

You will partner with HR, IT, development teams, vendors and implementation partners to drive migration and modernization initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in Solution Architecture.
• 8+ years in HCM technology.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience integrating SaaS apps and third-party platforms.
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll/HR platforms.
• Strong knowledge of legacy data migration.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, interfaces, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM solution architecture initiatives.
• Design integrations between Oracle HCM and enterprise applications/platforms.
• Architect multi-system communication for HR, payroll, SaaS, and partners.
• Oversee migration and integration of legacy HR/HCM data into Oracle HCM.
• Define APIs, interfaces, middleware, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Evaluate current integrations and recommend modernization or consolidation.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors and implementation partners.
• Provide architectural leadership through design, testing and deployment.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with standards.
