Job summary

KENZ is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM EBM specialist to join our global delivery team in Austin (remote work available). You will analyze HR processes, map them to Oracle HCM EBM, and collaborate with clients to achieve effective, scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in Business or Technology and 6–8 years of Oracle HCM EBM implementation or support experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. You will contribute to roadmap development and client success.
