Job summary

KENZ Innovations LLC in Austin, TX seeks an experienced SAP Payroll and Time Management specialist to join our payroll operations team. You will implement configurations, support payroll processing, and collaborate on end-to-end SAP solutions across HR and FI interfaces.

The role covers day-to-day payroll management, absence/time configuration, payroll postings, and participation in solution implementation projects with business requirements reviews, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management
• Payroll processing experience
• HR/FI integration knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day SAP core Payroll & Time Management tasks
• Payroll processing and off-cycle payroll handling
• Configure payroll payments and deductions
• Design/Enhance Payroll Schema
• Configure payroll features and PCR coding
• Absence/Attendances configuration
• Manage time evaluation and attendance valuation
• Work on HR/FI integration for payroll postings
• Participate in SAP solution implementation projects from requirements to testing
• Deliver end-to-end SAP solutions on internal projects

You will be required to perform the following:

• Manage Day to day support in SAP core Payroll & Time Management
• Payroll processing function & off-cycle payroll
• Configuration of payroll payments & deductions
• Design/Enhance Payroll Schema
• Configure payroll feature & writing PCR
• Absence/Attendances configuration
• Enhance and manage time evaluation
• Absence/Attendance valuation
• Work schedule and work schedule valuation
• HR/FI integration for payroll postings
• Participate in SAP solution implementation projects (business requirements reviews, system configuration, test documentation and execution
• Work on internal Enhancement and internal projects and deliver end-to-end solutions.
