Responsibilities
Demonstrate fundamental understanding of business applications, processes, and technology
Establish and maintain an effective working relationship across the organization, with leadership, customers, and 3rd party vendors
Opportunity to lead small to large-scale projects working with stakeholders to – plan requirements, manage and track project schedules, monitor budgets, identify risks, and communicate clearly with partners from across the company
Coordinate and assist investigating and resolving support issues, technical work across various infrastructure and application support teams.
Lead the discovery, planning and implementation of process improvements in individual or cross functional areas of responsibilities
Participate in and support system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions
Assist in the support for Orbit reporting tool.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in Information Technology
Proficiency in writing and executing SQL
2+ years prior experience supporting Hyperion applications

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL processes and Data Security concepts
Exposure or working knowledge of Oracle ERP modules - Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, and Req-to-Pay
Exposure or working knowledge of Oracle EPM applications and tools – Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning & Essbase, FDMEE and Smart View
Experience with Oracle R12 (12.2), Oracle 19c databases, PL/SQL, SQL, Linux
Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to interact with customers, vendors, other IT professionals, and management.
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
